January 4th, 2026 | "Why change"

ree

When the roles in your life change and it makes you question your identity.

You lived with integrity, pouring yourself out for others, serving faithfully and diligently, and trusting God with open hands... yet circumstances shifted unexpectedly.

Sometimes you're not just rebuked, but refined through the fire. The pivotal question we all must face is: "Will you still trust God when the roles vanish?"

When titles fade away, platforms grow silent, certainty becomes scarce, and the future feels undefined... God is gently separating your identity from your accomplishments—not to diminish you, but to liberate you.

You'll hear well-meaning words like, "Everything happens for a reason," "God has something better ahead," or "Just be patient." These aren't wrong or unkind, but they can oversimplify the deep pain and confusion you're feeling.

God isn't calling you to explain this season of transition. He's inviting you to walk through it hand in hand with Him.

When life's changes shake your sense of self, let trust outweigh your need for certainty. Remember: obedience isn't dependent on visible outcomes, a calling can endure even without full clarity, and God is faithfully rebuilding you from the inside out.
