Confidence Composure Class

CCC empowers clients to articulate their mission statement with clarity and purpose. This guides clients to reflect on their core values and aspirations, ensuring that their personal mission resonates deeply with their fuel (purpose). Transform your fuel into impactful words  to thrust your life forward.

What Fuels You?

My fuel is two-part: 1.  My wife, Lori Beth.  She has given so much to others and been so supportive of my crazy coaching career, all while being a superstar in her chosen career as an educator and administrator and kicking cancer's butt.  She deserves to live a life in retirement that gives back to her. 2.  To take an idea and heart-felt passion to scaled business greatness.

Daily Process

1.  Purpose:  FUEL ignites your purpose.  Your purpose allows you to have intentional focus on what drives winning 2.  Process:  Daily disciplines  have to be executed in real time.  Your mood, your feelings, and interactions throughout your day cannot deter you from the process of winning. 3.  Reframe:  Maintain a solution-based focus, rather than a problem-based focus.  Have light attachment to things you can’t control, and strong intentionality to things you can control

The Power To Reframe Setbacks Into Setups

Reframing adversity is not easy.  It necessitates mental toughness, perspective and emotional control.  This is a mental toughness tool that will be applied many times daily.

"I Am" Statements

"I Am" statements answer the question, "At your optimal level, who are you?"  You can answer these both from the standpoint of the person you are today, and the person that you believe you have the Fuel to become.  These statements will feel uncomfortable to say at first.  When you say "I Am," your subconscious mind believes what you say.  You have the opportunity to tell your mind the person you are and are becoming every day!

Fill Your Tank

Start your day by identifying personal and professional actions, service to others, and connecting to your FUEL.

Readiness Scale

The readiness scale will help prepare you to execute.  You don't want to be too intense where you cannot think rationally, but you don't want to be comatose either.  This scale will help you identify where you are before you head into competition or a meeting.

Concentration Grids

Concentration grids help you synchronize your focus with the timing of your competition's start. Incorporate this exercise into your pre-competition routine before the event begins.  The toolbox link to the right will take you to Brian Cain's Concentration Grids.  Remember:  start with 00, 01, 02, etc.
